I’m an executive coach with over twenty five years of corporate experience and a deep passion for transformational learning and development. My journey spans Asia, the UK, Europe, and APAC, where I’ve partnered with individuals and teams to unlock clarity, build awareness, and drive sustainable success.

My focus is on empowering leaders through experiential coaching, communication development, and leadership facilitation. With a strong foundation in drama and NLP, I specialize in leadership growth, high-performance team dynamics, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. I’ve worked with organizations including HSBC, UBS, Cisco, Morgan Stanley, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, MTR, and several global consultancies and academic institutions. I use psychometric assessments and tools such as MBTI®, Lumina®, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Ken Blanchard SLII®, alongside frameworks in NLP, Futures Thinking – Foresight.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, creativity, and clarity. I combine theatre-based methodologies, impactful questioning, and coaching psychology to support leaders in seeing new perspectives and navigating change with confidence. My sessions are known for being both energizing and practical, helping clients gain immediate traction on their goals.

Originally from Hong Kong, I’m now based in the UK and work across the UK, Europe, and Asia. I coach in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
