Ian is an experienced executive coach and leadership programme facilitator, with a background in senior corporate marketing roles in the City before moving into coaching. He is an ICF-accredited coach at PCC level, with over nine years’ experience and more than 1,400 coaching hours, working with leaders navigating complexity, growth and change.
