Paul is a highly experienced executive career coach and strategist, with over 25 years’ experience as a headhunter, executive coach, transition consultant and career counsellor. He works with senior leaders to develop deep self-insight, clarify their career narrative and value proposition, and make confident, well-informed career decisions in a fast-changing world of work.

Paul is Head of Leadership Careers at London Business School, where he coaches highly experienced executives on the Executive MBA and Sloan Masters programmes, and leads career seminars across global cohorts. He brings extensive expertise in supporting leaders to take that next step in their career, informed by two decades working as an executive recruiter on international assignments.

With an MSc in Career Management and Coaching, an MBA and an LL.B, Paul takes a strongly person-centred approach. He creates space for reflection, challenge and exploration, helping leaders align career decisions with both professional ambition and wider life priorities — always grounded, thoughtful and forward-looking.
