My approach is grounded in positive psychology, blending practical skills with emotional intelligence and somatic work. I believe sustainable performance comes not just from goals and strategy—but from kindness, courage, and connection. I want to help make the corporate world a bit kinder—kinder to ourselves and to each other. I feel very privileged to do this work, I get to see people grow, appear lighter, and show up with solutions and skills.
